How did we get here? (1st blog post!)

Updated: Oct 21, 2021

First and foremost, all praise goes to God who makes all manifestations possible.

My "why."

For me, all things are possible through the love, grace and power of God. The foundation of my success is rooted in my belief in God. He has provided for me all my life, even when I lost interest in upkeeping my relationship with Him. I am most thankful for my wife, family and friends. Prior to meeting my wife, I was leading myself through a dead end path. As of this writing I have yet to publish my book that I have worked on for over 2 years. I already feel successful on the path God has opened for my wife and me.

The foundation of my success is rooted in my belief in God.”

This is my first blog, on my first website prior to releasing my first book. I couldn't have imagined what today would look like prior to meeting my wife who is my inspiration, support and drive. I've always had the talent and ambition but she was the missing link to put everything to action. We are planning on having our first child soon and I am elated for everything that's to come. I want to be the best me I can for her and my family. That being said, thank you for believing and pushing me honey. Let's do our part to make a better world.

As with most things that come to be, it all starts with an idea.

I want to encourage anyone out there no matter where in life to believe in what can be. God provides us all with the power to manifest dreams. Where there is a will, there is a way. Cliché? Maybe. We all have our struggles. Struggles are for us to overcome. They build our character but do not determine our potential. God will not put you through anything you can't go through. We can always determine growth through in retrospection. Taking action is a simple as starting with a prayer, talking to a friend or placing one foot and allowing the next to follow. A big factor is realizing the present moment in time is what's most powerful. Take the time to breath and channel the energy you have within to exert/manifest what's needed at that moment. Repeat as necessary.

Perhaps lack of focus or laziness is an issue. Sure, we all go through these things. There are ways to cope (i.e. coffee, talking to your doctor for solutions, turning off your phone, etc); but one of the biggest motivators is your why. Why do you want it? How bad do you want it? Write it down, take a picture of your reason and place it somewhere to be your constant visual reminder to focus.

What's my why? I'll admit I didn't have one other than wanting to live a lavish life in creativity. That was more centered on me and it's really not about me. It's about those around me and the love that keeps us moving. God's why is my why. For the love of all. If it's good enough for Him, it's the best for me.
